Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase, however you can request a return in writing within 14 working days of receipt of your purchase. The product needs to be in the original packaging and original condition (unused). The refund/exchange will be processed under the customer whose details were submitted on the order when the product was purchased using the same payment method and payment details.

⁠It’s important that any unwanted item, unless faulty, is returned in a re-saleable condition. We’d expect this to mean that you’ve kept all original packaging and labels, and that it’s undamaged and unused.
Faulty items after 14 days will not be refunded, only a repair will be provided due to hygiene reasons.

Consumers will be required to endure the costs of the faulty return after 14 days of receiving the order and will be required to provide SSUk with a prepaid postage label for the repaired product/s.
If the consumer is unable to provide a return postage label the company holds no liability. After the expiry of the 14 day cooling off period, we do not offer any refunds on our products. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you decide to cancel the order, you should return the goods to us at your cost within 14 days of such cancellation.
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by consumer. We will make the reimbursement no later than 28 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied.

The returns procedure is as follows:
⁠Fill out your reason(s) for return on the back of the delivery note • Enclose the delivery note with the product, writing the reason for return, and package up securely.
⁠ ⁠Please use original packaging, but remove original postage labels. Keep all the tracking information as proof of return.
⁠Once the product is returned the refund will be processed within 28 working days of receipt of the parcel.
